We are live from Saint Paul, Minnesota, for the last Monday Night Raw before Extreme Rules, let's not waste any time!
The Judgment Day open the show because Finn and Damian have a tag team match against Rey Mysterio and AJ Styles. Before, Finn says that at Extreme Rules he will do Edge a favour and make him retire. Finn talks about AJ and says that he didn't end his career because they are friends; AJ and Rey show up and the tag team match begins. Finn and Priest have the match under control for the most part of it, with not much to do for the Phenomenal and Rey. Numbers advantage play a decisive role as Rhea and Dominik distract Rey and Finn and Damian defeat AJ. After the match, Styles argue with Mysterio and the Judgment Day attacks AJ from behind with Finn inviting once again the Phenomenal to join them.
Bobby Lashley is entering the building and Kevin Patrick interviews him; Mustafa Ali interrupts and challenges the All Mighty to a Championship match, who accepts.
Sami Zayn and Jimmy Uso are having fun backstage, but Jey appears to remind them that they have business to handle: the Honorary Uce threatens the Street Profits and this leads to a challenge from Solo Sikoa to Angelo Dawkins who accepts.
The United States Champion makes his way to the ring followed by his challenger of the night, the former leader of Retribution, Mustafa Ali. The challenger tries his best to give Bobby a hard time, trying to injure the Champion's right arm; however the All Mighty demonstrates that he is stronger and beats Ali with the Hurt Lock. After his victory, Lashley shows respect to Ali but Rollins surprises him with two Stomps, and for good mesure, he hits a Stomp on Ali as well.
Seth stays in the ring because he has a Face - To - Face with Matt Riddle: Seth shows us what the Fight Pit is and then he invites Riddle to join him inside the ring. Seth says they have a "no contact" clause for the night and Matt says he will kill Rollins. Seth answers that the Special Guest Referee Daniel Cormier will have his back on Saturday; Riddle says Becky has been in the main event of WrestleMania and Seth hasn't, but Cormier appears on the Titantron to remind the two competitors that they will meet at Extreme Rules.
Alexa Bliss, Asuka and Bianca Belair are with Candice LeRae and the RAW Women's Champion gives her a piece of advice for her match against Dakota Kai of Damage CTRL. Meanwhile, another QR Code appears on the screen.
The Miz is speaking on his phone and announces that next week they will celebrate his birthday and no one will ruin that.
Candice and Kai approach the ring: during the fight, Bayley and Iyo interfere and allow Kai to steal the win.
Johnny Gargano sees The Miz sleeping, and touches him: The A-Lister wakes up and escapes.
Bayley says that tonight it's her and Bianca, but at Extreme Rules it won't be the same.
Alpha Academy is in the building with Austin Theory because Otis is set to face Johnny Gargano. Otis puts Johnny in serious danger multiple times throughout the match, thanks to the help of Chad and Theory, and this costs Gargano the match. After the fight, the three attack Johnny but Braun Strowman shows up and we witness Braun vs Gable. Otis and Austin are banned from ringside; Master Gable delivers a great performance against the Monster Among Men, who, nonetheless, manages to defeat his opponent with his Powerbomb.
Bianca Belair is ready for the contract signing with Bayley. Patrick asks Lashley how he is, and Bobby answers that next week he will put his title on the line against Rollins because he wants to destroy him.
Everything is ready for the contract signing for the RAW Women's Championship match; Corey reminds us that it will be the first ever women's ladder match and then introduces Bayley and Bianca. Bayley signs the contract and says that this is Bianca's ego fault: she then claims she was like Bianca once, but then everyone stopped caring about her. Bianca interrupts her and signs the contract: she says that the Role Model doesn't have to compare herself to her because this Bayley is the real Bayley. We see that Iyo and Dakota are attacking Bliss and Asuka backstage and Bayley takes advantage to attack Belair. When Bianca joins her friends, we learn that Asuka is injured so Bliss challenges Iyo to a match 1 vs 1 to get revenge.
Solo Sikoa accompanied by the Bloodline is ready to face Angelo Dawkins accompanied by Montez Ford. The member of the Street Profits delivers a great match but the fact the Jey and Sami are arguing distracts the ref and this momentarily prevents Solo to win. Angelo takes everybody out but when he gets in the ring Sikoa wins thanks to the Spinning Solo.
Theory says that next week he will face Johnny Gargano 1 vs 1. Edge says that The Judgment Day made the situation really difficult, so he explains that at Extreme Rules Finn will not make him quit and warns him that he is ready and he hopes that Finn is as well.
Alexa Bliss with Bianca and Iyo Sky with Dakota Kai and Bayley make their entrances for the main event of the night. When Bliss seems able to defeat Iyo Damage CTRL interferes, Bianca tries to rebalance the situation but Bayley and Dakota take her out; in the ring, Iyo defeats Alexa and, after the match, Damage CTRL demolish Alexa, Bianca and even an already injured Asuka to make sure that at Extreme Rules Bianca will be alone.
And the last episode of Raw before Extreme Rules comes to its end with Damage CTRL posing with all the gold, next week it will be Raw's season premiere, make sure to be there. Meanwhile, as always, we invite you to share your thoughts and we give appointment to a next report!
