It's the Monday Night Raw following Extreme Rules, and it's also the Season Premiere, let's see what the WWE has in store for the WWE Universe today, live from Brooklyn!
DX is having fun backstage and Triple H warns them to behave well during the show.
The Bloodline opens the show: Roman says that his father taught him that the loudest in the room is also the weakest, and he talks to Jey; Sami interrupts and says he wants to handle Jey and Roman agrees. Sami says that, as of late, Jey has been behaving badly: Jey looks at Reigns and says that this is a joke. Matt Riddle shows up and challenges Reigns one more time despite their "no rematch" clause, but the Tribal Chief denies and sends the Bro at the back of the line: Riddle challenges one of the members of the group and we learn that Zayn will face Matt.
The youngest Mr. Money In The Bank in the history Austin Theory is in the arena and goes 1 vs 1 with his former mentor, Johnny Gargano. The fight is balanced and the two competitors deliver an amazing performance for the fans in the arena: Gargano eventually takes the win thanks to the One Final Beat.
Rey Mysterio faces Chad Gable: during the match, The Judgment Day's Dominik and Rhea show up to watch closely. Rey wins with anger, but after the match Dominik provoques his father and the rest of the group shows up to ambush the Luchador: Dominik hits the 619 on his dad in a very sad moment. The group stays in the ring and they celebrate Finn's victory over Edge at Extreme Rules: they say Edge, Beth and Rey have to suffer, and Finn mentions also AJ Styles, who makes his entrance; The Phenomenal seems to have accepted Finn's offer to join them, but then the OC, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, return and the two groups brawl around the arena.
Bayley is interviewed by Saxton, but Damage CTRL talks for her and Dakota defends the Role Model: Iyo says that Bayley will kick Candice's ass tonight.
Meanwhile, The Tribal Chief is leaving with Solo and Paul, and orders Jey to allow Zayn to win tonight.
Bayley makes her way to the ring followed by Candice LeRae: the longest reigning SmackDown Women's Champion in history is in control and injures Lerae's knee, but Candice steals the win with a Roll-up. After the match, Damage CTRL attacks the winner from behind, but Bianca Belair tries to save Candice, with no success.
The Miz is ready to celebrate his birthday with his wife, Maryse, who gives Miz a Baseball bat. The former Divas Champion is in the ring and The A-Lister joins her: Miz starts to open the gifts, but in one of them there is Dexter Lumis who ruins the party.
Seth Rollins gets ready for his match against Bobby Lashley. Meanwhile, DX talk with Omos' opponents of the night and The Miz asks them where Triple H is: they answer that if he wants to get rid of Lumis, he has to face him one vs one next week and The Awesome One accepts.
Omos and MVP enter the arena and the Nigerian Giant destroys the two local competitors.
We relive Bray Wyatt's epic return of Extreme Rules.
The All Mighty Bobby Lashley enters there arena but Brock Lesnar's music plays and the Beast Incarnate makes his return to Raw to attacks Lashley with Two F-5, a German Suplex and with the Kimura Lock before leaving the ring. Nonetheless, Seth Rollins enters, provoques Lashley and the match begins: it's a short fight, with Bobby trying to do what he can but, in the end, the architect manages to win the United States Championship with two Stomps.
Backstage, Bobby says he's pissed off, and he wants to handle Brock before Seth, so he challenges Lesnar to meet him next week.
We watch clips of the voice that introduced Bray Wyatt and we hear the phrase: "revel what you are.".
Next week Elias will return to Raw.
Sami Zayn vs Matt Riddle is the next match: Jey Uso tries to interfere several times but is stopped by Sami. Jimmy wants to help the honorary Uce but Jey prevents him to do that, so Riddle wins with the RKO.
D - Generation - X returns to Raw to celebrate 25 years of the group: they pay tribute to Chyna and to the New Age Outlaws and then they thank everyone before using all of their historical catchphrases.
The season premiere of Raw ends with the DX celebrating with the fans, we crowned a new US Champ and we learnt that Wyatt will be on SmackDown. As always, let us know your thoughts and we give appointment to a next report!
