Weirdly, Titus O'Neil opens the show and says that he is now a WWE Global Ambassador and claims that, during a WWE show, fans will always have a great time despite their religion, race and political choices. He welcomes the WWE Universe to Raw.
Becky Lynch enters the arena and grabs a microphone to remind everyone that this is her comeback story and that at SummerSlam she will face Bianca or Carmella for the Championship. Belair interrupts and tells Becky that this is her redemption story from last year's SummerSlam and that she will go on to defeat Becky herself at the Biggest Party Of The Summer; Mella comes out to say that she will be champion at the Premium Live Event but Becky attacks Bianca from behind: Big Time Becks and Mella assault the Champion before the titled match.
Carmella tries to win via count out given that, for this match, there are no Championship advantage, but in the end it's an easy win for the EST of WWE.
Kevin Owens returns and hosts the KO show with Riddle as special guest; KO says that them both lost their respective best friends and proposes a team named Bro-KO. Riddle denies and when Owens makes fun of Orton, Rollins' music hits and the visionary assaults the Bro from behind: we learn that they will square off at Summerslam.
Judgment Day wants Dominik Mysterio to join them and assure that this is happening soon. Priest defeats Rey and, after the match, him and Bàlor offer Dominik a last chance: he either joins the JD or Rey will pay the consequences; Dominik accepts but the Bad Guys do not believe him so they destroy both son and father.
We see backstage that Ezekiel is mad at Seth because of the attack against Riddle, and this leads to a rematch between them. Rollins defeats Elias' younger brother.
Street Profits are interviewed backstage but MVP and Omos interrupt to challenge Angelo Dawkins who accepts.
Judgment Day makes a statement and promises that, next week, at Madison Square Garden there will be the Mysterios' fall.
Omos vs Dawkins ends in DQ when MVP interferes: Pearce makes it a tag team match which once again ends in DQ because of the Usos.
Veer Maahan scares the interviewer who is joined by Miz: the A-Lister hypes up this evening's episode of Miz TV with Logan Paul.
Theory is in the ring to remind everyone of his intentions at SummerSlam : AJ styles interrupts to knock some respect into Mr. Money In The Bank. During their match, Ziggler ringside watches closely and interferes to cost Theory the match, after which AJ hits a Styles Clash on the young guy.
We have a 6-woman tag team match featuring Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Dana Brooke, Tamina, Doudrop, Nikki A.S.H. During the fight we witness several 24/7 championship changes with Tozawa, A.S.H, Bliss, Doudrop, Tamina and Brooke who regains it in the end. The real match is still going and is won by Asuka via submission.
Mysterios are more than ready to overcome another obstacle in the Judgment Day.

Main Event with Miz TV and Logan Paul as special guest: Miz and Paul rewatch their story and the Awesome One tells Paul that he was teaching him something. Paul challenges Miz who denies several times, but when the Megastar talks about Miz's balls, he accepts. Ciampa attacks Logan from behind but the YouTuber manages to escape.
Another strange episode of Raw ends with questionable stories and controversial segments: the lack of champions is hard to digest and the choices of some angles are just weird. Summerslam is coming but with this pace, we are not assured to have the "Biggest Party of the Summer."
