It's the SmackDown after SummerSlam, Roman Reigns is set to appear for a face to face with McIntyre, a gauntlet match to determine the number 1 contender for Liv Morgan and Shinsuke Nakamura vs Ludwig Kaiser are announced, let's see what happened!
We see what Pat McAfee did to Corbin at SummerSlam and backstage everyone laughs; Happy and Ricochet come face to face and decide for an impromptu match to kick off the show. The match is well fought by both athletes, but in the end Ricochet picks up the win with a little assist by McAfee.
Sami Zayn knocks at Roman Reigns locker room door because he wants to congratulate the Tribal Chief: the Usos stop him because, according to them, it is not the right time.
Shinsuke Nakamura faces Ludwig Kaiser for an opportunity at the Intercontinental Champion Gunther: the Japanese takes the victory, despite Kaiser giving his best, and will face the Ring General for the Championship.
Kofi is interviewed backstage and gives updates on his friend Xavier Woods and claims to get vengeance.
Sami knocks at Roman's locker room once again but The Usos send him to the production truck to handle other things.
The SmackDown Women's Champion Liv Morgan is in the building: Kayla Braxton interviews the Champ and asks her about SummerSlam; fans boo Liv, Sonya Deville interrupts to say that she wants to face Liv at Clash At The Castle by winning the Gauntlet Match of the night.
Aliyah and Sonya start the Gauntlet Match: Sonya advances and Raquel Rodriguez is the new entrant. RR beats the former General Manager and faces Shotzi: Big Mami Cool gets another win and Xia Li wastes no time and enters the ring. Raquel once again survives and Natalya enters and takes advantage to attack Rodriguez's bad leg; after another exhausting fight, Raquel wins again and arrives to the final match of the Gauntlet against Shayna Baszler. The Queen Of Spades gets the best of a weakened Raquel and wins the Gauntlet Match, becoming the new N. 1 contender for the SmackDown Women's Championship at Clash At The Castle.
Sami knocks once again at the Tribal Chief's Locker room but the Usos stop him again and Jey gets mad at Zayn.
The Viking Raiders enter the arena to face a local team; easy squash by Erik & Ivar. Kofi Kingston with a Kendo Stick attacks the Vikings so Erik faces him 1 on 1. Kofi wins via Roll-up.
WWE announces that on Raw we will have a tournament to crown the new Women's Tag Team Champions.
The WWE Universal Champion accompanied by The Usos makes his entrance for a face to face with The Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre: Drew is looking for a fight, but a shocking return by Karrion Kross ruins his plans; Karrion is accompanied by Scarlett and the two send a clear message to Drew and to the Bloodline.
Wow, another episode full of surprises with Shayna, Kross and Scarlett. This new era of the WWE promises fireworks, but for now it's all folks, see you in a next report
