SummerSlam 2022 is here, what surprises does the Biggest Party of The Summer have for us all, let's find it out here!
The opener is the match between Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch for the RAW Women's Title: after a grueling match, Bianca manages to keep the Championship with the KOD. After the match, Becky hugs Bianca, Bayley returns alongside Dakota Kai and Io Sky and tries to attack the Champ, with Lynch who helps her former rival.
We move on to Logan Paul vs The Miz (with Ciampa & Maryse): Logan Paul delivers a great performance and is helped by AJ Styles who keeps Ciampa far away. Paul wins with Miz's own finishing maneuver.
Bobby Lashley defends the United States Championship against Theory in a short and dominant way.
Judgement Day vs Mysterios is the perfect Stage for Edge's return as a face: the Rated-R superstar helps Rey and Dominik to pick up the win.
McAfee defeats Happy Corbin: the commentator enters in style and hypes up the crowd. The match is slow and a little boring, but, eventually, Pat hits a low blow and wins.
Drew McIntyre tells us that he doesn't care about who he is facing at Clash At The Castle, because he is winning the Title.
Jeff Jarrett is the Referee for Street Profits vs Usos: JJ is a good and impartial referee. Usos win with the 1D after a very intense fight.
Riddle calls Seth Rollins out: the Visionary shows up and attacks the Bro, finishing him with a Stomp inside the ring.
Liv Morgan defends against Ronda: the match is short, Ronda destroys Liv who wins because of a mistake by the Referee. Ronda attacks Liv and the Referee after the match.
In the main event, Roman Reigns defends the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in a last man standing match against Brock Lesnar. After an amazing match, who sees the Usos, Heyman, Theory involved, Roman takes the win by literally burying Lesnar under objects and the Commentary table.
SummerSlam ends with the Tribal Chief standing tall, without the Cash-in of Theory but with new doors and scenarios opened. We only have to keep following the next episodes of Raw and Smackdown to see how this develops. For now, we thank you as always, see you in a next report.
